Kill the infidel ::

• All the major monotheistic religions agree that God is omnipotent.

• If god is omnipotent, then god does not need any human to kill any other human in the name of god (if god is omnipotent, god can take care of the matter without outside assistance).

• Three major monotheistic religions (Judaism, Christianity and Islam) all agree on the specific words of a major commandment from God that God has specifically commanded that his followers not kill any other human being ("Thou shalt not murder") לא תרצח.

Most adherents to the major monotheistic religions concur that the devil is not omnipotent and has his power limited by God. One limitation to his power may be that he is not allowed to kill other human beings directly, but must use his influence over his followers to persuade them to kill other human beings.

Therefore, I believe that any human who says that he or any other human must kill some other human in the name of god is not speaking for God, but rather speaking of the father they follow.

To repeat with modification* a similar phrase in regards to those who espouse killing others:
“[They] are of [their] father the devil, and the lusts of [their] father [they] will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”

and further: “... anyone who murders any person who had not committed murder or horrendous crimes, it shall be as if he murdered all the people. ...” [5:32]

44Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Sura al-Ma'edah [5:32]

*What I mean to say here is that I am taking this phrase from another context and I believe appropriately applying it to this one.
