Commentary: Obama's call on photos may have saved lives at the expense of their value

By fighting the release, President Obama put the safety of our troops before the principles they are fighting for. If they are to fight a vacuous cause, why fight at all? If safety of our troops is the only worthwhile consideration, why is any troop posted beyond our borders?
