When Simón's father asked who planted this beautiful new tree in the garden,
Simón replied, "I did."
However, his neighbors gathered around, chopped it up, & tore it down.
NOTE :: While all these apocryphal stories are obviously not true perhaps they speak to the character of the various founding fathers & their famiglia.
